Step 1:
Feel the Heat

Begin your wellness journey in one of our Private Saunas, which feature a private changing area, private fire pit, a cold shower and complimentary electrolytes to enjoy after your session.

Sauna sessions are 50 minutes each, allowing for multiple Nordic cycles.

Suggested time: 5-15 minutes per cycle

Step 2:
Take the Plunge

For optimal and immediate benefits after heating up, step under the cold shower located just outside your private sauna. This step refreshes the body, flushing out toxins, releasing muscle tension and activating circulation.

Suggested time: 10-60 seconds per cycle.

Looking for full immersion? Take a dip in our outdoor pool, the largest in Northern Arizona. Please note, our Pool Enhancement Project is taking place June 10 – Sept. 9, 2024. During this period, our pool will be temporarily closed.

Step 3: Soak

A combination of heat and relaxation, this step allows the body to achieve buoyancy in water – reducing body weight by 90% and thus reducing pressure on joints and inflammation while helping to put the mind at ease.

Step 4: Relaxation

Settle in next to your private fire pit for the crucial final step in the cycle. Dedicated relaxation allows your body the time it needs to return to its natural state before repeating the ritual.

The Nordic Spa Experience is open daily from 8 AM – 9 PM. Sauna sessions are 50 minutes for $50 (per session) Monday through Thursday, and $75 (per session) Friday through Sunday. Two guests are included with each session. Our saunas can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests with an added charge of $20 for each additional guest. Dial 928-774-5221 to book.
